Want to slow down and take care of yourself? Make the most of your stay by taking part in our yoga workshop, a relaxing break specially designed for adults at the Health Club.
A session supervised by a professional coach
Designed as a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this workshop is led by a professional coach who is passionate about teaching an accessible practice that respects the body and the pace of each individual. For one hour, you will be guided through a series of simple postures and breathing techniques that promotemuscle flexibility, gentle body strengthening, andmental calm.
No need to be a yoga expert: this session is open to all levels, whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner. The goal is simple: to offer you a moment just for you, in a serene and caring environment.

An intimate setting for an authentic experience
To ensure a calm atmosphere and personalized support, the number of participants is limited to 20 people. This workshop will take place in a relaxing space, ideal for getting away from it all and releasing tension.
