A session supervised by a professional coach

Designed as a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this workshop is led by a professional coach who is passionate about sharing a practice that is accessible and respectful of the body and each person’s individual rhythm. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a series of simple poses and breathing techniques that promotemuscle flexibility, gentle physical strengthening, andmental calm.

No need to be a yoga expert: this session is open to all levels, whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner. The goal is simple: to offer you a moment just for you, in a serene and caring environment.

An intimate setting for an authentic experience

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere and personalized attention, the number of participants is limited to 15. This workshop will take place in a relaxing setting, perfect for unwinding and letting go of stress.
