Over the course of an hour, you'll be guided through a series of simple postures and breathing techniques designed tosoften muscles, gently strengthen the body andcalm the mind.
No need to be a yoga expert: this session is open to all levels, whether you're a novice or a regular practitioner. The objective is simple: to offer you a moment just for you, in a serene and caring environment.

An intimate setting for an authentic experience
To guarantee a calm atmosphere and personalized support, the number of participants is limited to 20. This workshop will take place in a relaxing environment, ideal for escaping and releasing tension.
