When the weather turns milder and nature dons its winter clothes, Jeanne and the Forest reinvents a classic of the season: raclette.

The warmth of the mountains at the château

The cheese, chosen for its creaminess and mountain flavours, is enjoyed in a deliciously melt-in-the-mouth version.
