For Christmas Eve 2025, our Chefs have created a four-part menu celebrating the finest flavors of the season. Between land and sea, delicacy and elegance, each plate is an invitation to savor the magic of Christmas in an exceptional setting.

From the sparkling appetizer to the fairytale dessert, the culinary journey unfolds in subtle combinations: foie gras mi-cuit and quince, saffron monkfish or Bresse poultry with truffles, before a sweet bubble with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and mango.
